Quotes and project specifications

Information submitted through the website is a request for information or a quote and does not create a binding production agreement. Pricing, production schedules, specifications, shipping, payment terms, proofs, and other project details may be confirmed separately before work begins.

Customer-provided content

Customers are responsible for having the rights and authority necessary to reproduce any text, graphics, trademarks, photographs, forms, or other materials they provide for printing. We may decline projects that appear unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

Proofs and approvals

When a proof or approval is requested, customers are responsible for reviewing names, numbers, dates, spelling, layout, quantities, specifications, and other project details before approving production.

London Creative may offer customer service by text for customers who initiate a text conversation with us. This support channel is intended for questions about orders, print projects, account or service issues, and similar customer requests. We do not use this support channel to initiate unsolicited marketing messages. Text support is governed additionally by our Text Support Terms.
